About Me

Welcome to my website! My name is Faye Shores, and I am a self-employed hairstylist. I have spent 30 years working to perfect my gifts and talents, specializing in custom haircuts, color, and highlights to enhance your beautiful hair.

I am a born and raised Californian who began her beauty career as a manicurist with a focus on acrylic nails and nail art. After 12 years in that profession, I have since moved on to extend my beauty career into developing skills to become a hairdresser. I am well versed and trained in the American Crew method; and in the last 22 years, I have been practicing the method of haircutting from the former Schwarzkopf lead educator, Kathy Simon, who is the creator and developer of the Mekka System. My education also falls under the umbrella of many Sassoon Pionerrs, such as Toni and Guy.

Due to my schooling, Schwarzkopf is my brand of choice for grey coverage and dimensional color. I find myself to be a detail-oriented hairstylist who strives to enhance and reveal the beauty of every guest I care for. I want all my clients to have optimal, healthy hair and work to help them maintain their grooming and specific needs so they can look their best.
